The menu

Our menu, created by Andrea Ribaldone, Michelin star chef and special consultant of Ristorante Lino, is deeply influenced by his experience: traditional plates with unique flavours, are reinvented through the chef’s imagination in order to become new, essential and unforgettable versions of the dish itself. Clear, sharp flavours, obtained from the harmonious combination of genuine ingredients, always identified in respect of the raw material and the territory, with just few exceptions to offer also high quality seafood to our customers.
A menu designed in collaboration with the resident chef Federico Sgorbini: lots of passion, technique and elegance to meet everyone’s tastes, tickling palates and curiosity.


Besides our à la carte menu you can also choose between other two options

“Piatto Lino”: a single dish divided into 4 sections: two à la carte dishes accompanied by an entrée and a seasonal salad / vegetable, to offer you a quick alternative but great in taste

“Make your own salad”: a base of seasonal vegetables plus an ingredient of your choice between tuna, slow-cooked chicken breast or mountain cheese

The menu changes regularly, depending on the seasonal offer. It is therefore possible that some of the dishes portrayed are not currently available à la carte, it is advisable to always consult the menu on the appropriate page.
